Yes. We use a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, meaning each item is made just for you after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and supports more sustainable production practices.

After this window, your order may already be in production, and we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or replacements?

Because all J3Destynz™ products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing issues.

We encourage customers to carefully review product details and sizing information (where applicable) before placing an order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or provide a resolution.
