Do you accept payments in person?

We currently operate online only. We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with secure checkout options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported payment methods.

How do I choose the right size for my family?

We offer a wide range of sizes for men, women, and kids. For the best fit, please refer to the size chart listed on each product page before placing your order.

Are your products made responsibly?

Yes. We use a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, meaning each item is made just for you after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and supports more sustainable production practices.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each item is made just for you.

Processing Time: 3–7 business days

Shipping Time (U.S.): 7–14 business days

International Shipping: May take up to 2–4 weeks. depending on location

Please note: Orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on the items ordered.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Can I change, cancel, or update my order (including shipping address)?

Orders move quickly into production. You may request changes, cancellations, or shipping address updates within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this window, your order may already be in production, and we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or replacements?

Because all J3Destynz™ products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing issues.

We encourage customers to carefully review product details and sizing information (where applicable) before placing an order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or provide a resolution.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Why did my items arrive separately?

We work with multiple trusted production partners. If your order includes different types of items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.
