At J3Destynz™, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
