Once your joyful goods are on their way, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow their journey.
Our items are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or delayed shipments.
However, If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to review and make it right. Approved refunds or replacements are issued on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
